- Equipment remains our property until full payment is received
- Late payments may incur interest charges and suspension of services
- All taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Delivery Terms
Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to carrier.
6.2 Inspection
Inspect equipment immediately upon receipt. Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours. Failure to inspect may waive your rights.
6.3 Installation
Installation services, if included, require adequate site preparation by customer. Additional charges may apply for site conditions requiring extra work.
7. Warranty
7.1 Equipment Warranty
New equipment includes manufacturer's warranty as specified in product documentation. Refurbished equipment includes our standard 1-year warranty unless extended coverage is purchased.
7.2 Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumables and accessories
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
- Software issues caused by customer modifications
- Problems with customer-provided facility requirements
7.3 Warranty Service
Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require return of equipment to designated service center at customer's expense for evaluation.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the specialized nature of medical equipment, returns are generally not accepted unless:
- The product is defective and covered under warranty
- We agree in writing to accept a return (restocking fees may apply)
- Required by applicable consumer protection laws
9. Intellectual Property

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with JAMS rules.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Imaging Experts regarding your use of our website and supersede all prior agreements.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
